All orders will be shipped within 3 days of placing the order. If in rare cases, should it take longer, we will inform you well in advance. Shipping rates and delivery time might vary across locations.
Disclaimer - Orders will continue to be delivered to both local and International locations but delivery times may be longer than usual. We are constantly working with our delivery partners to ensure that your orders are delivered as soon as possible.

On account of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have temporarily suspended all returns and exchanges on Dipti Mrinalini products purchased on our website and other outlets. This Temporary Policy will be valid until November 2020.

We are a small business run by a close-knit team. We process cancellations only if the orders cannot be delivered on the promised timeline. Refunds in these cases will be initiated through the same mode of payment as the order.

Our sale policies will be detailed during each sale/promotion. Such orders won’t qualify for returns or exchanges.
